Two things: It took me way too long to remember that Monster is a drink and I immediately misread 'beer' as 'beef.' And then I was wondering who put beef in the shower which led to me imagining a shower stall full of ground beef.

Also, every morning I have a cup of tea with 2 teaspoons of honey (ginger mint is great for this, but any kind you like works) and I usually have one at night as well if my throat is feeling a bit dry.

If it were easily repeatable, I'd be happier as I could narrow down testing for it. Because it seems to happen at random I feel like I am being gaslit by my own system at times.

installed wireplumber to try and help. And, sure, it hasn't happened yet today. It can go weeks, or even a month, without happening. Sometimes it will happen daily. The worst times are, like yesterday, where I've been live for 50 minutes and it just decides to go away.

It seems at random (meaning I haven't found the cause yet), stream PC loses all system sound. This happens with or without OBS running (so not an OBS issue) and cuts out all sound, not just what's being piped in from gaming PC.
