Gigantos/Kongol from Legend of Dragoon. Awesome boss fight theme, cool attack style, beginning of a continuous character arc, and has a great mechanic that reinforces your ability to complete the games combat additions. Very cool boss fight, and I always like when it comes up.

I used to play the South Park pinball table for hours on a single credit. I got the free game over and over due to good paddle/ramp angle engineering. The trick shots were very intuitive.

Now, if only they'd make a joycon out of those buttons instead of trying to play the Switch ports with bastardized controls. It wouldn't be that hard, and it wouldn't even need the gyro motion controls. I just want the buttons the games require to be played correctly!
