I think it's unfortunate they throw in the electric car fee. I understand why, but still. That being said, if ya voted for light rail, that's where the big fee is.
I didn't vote for it, because I didn't like the model they use to calculate the fees. Not to mention it's a regressive tax.

It's frustrating I have to be nice to them...they are a T**** / DOGE suppter....but they also own half of my mom's house and thus as it stands right now, half any sort of inheritance I might get 🙃

Estate planning is way more than just a Will. It's also about how to deal with the probate court system which is unavoidable in many cases. It's also important for taxes.
My takeaway, If you're lucky enough to have someone in your life, get these things done asap, don't wait.

This is why I put my body suit in my overhead carry on and the head under the seat.... At least that's what I did pre-pandemic when I still did cons. Don't care if they lose my clothing and foot paws, those can be replaced.
