Taxis in Belfast are dreadful. Arrived from Dublin to Lanyon place. Any other country in the world there'd be a queue of taxis at the rank. Not NI. Had to walk down some stairs to a back exit and pick up a proprietary phone to tell them the Dublin train had just arrived and about 30ppl wanted taxis
