The true protestors stayed peaceful where they demonstrated a sit in, while the professional agitators did manufacture a crisis by setting Waymos on fire trying to get the other ones to join in.

The Op-Ed was written by Megan McArdle, a Libertarian who leans right.

That sounds familiar. I think I heard something a long the lines of that line when the Pumpkin Festival happened in Keene a few years back.

LOL!!!! I was there when I visited her 5 years ago. I didn't have any problems when I was there but living somewhere and visiting somewhere are two different things, so I get it.

Never listened to it. I made up lyrics to it called, "Why is this show always sad?" lol. His version is probably better than mine. One of my friends used to live in Ely in Cambridgeshire. She would call the town ElyEnders since it was like the soap lol.

I just tried looking for it after you mentioned it. It sounds about right though.

And Truth Social as well. They never get accused of being an echo chamber even though some of those posts border on scary cult stuff. I have read some of the comments to Trump's posts and I think logic left them behind.

😆...I used to be big into Eastenders. I would watch it every Sunday here on BBC America. After they took it off, I found other means to watch it. However, I haven't watched it in about 13 years. It's not good for my depression.

Please don't buy into this Op-ed. It's from WaPo, which is owned by a Tech Bro, and written by a woman who leans to the right. It's just another Bluesky hit piece.

I find it amusing my mom has it since their selling point here is same day transmissions of EastEnders, Corornation Street and Emmerdale. She doesn't watch those.

We only have the first three episodes so far on Britbox here. Hopefully the next three will be posted soon. My mom will love this since she binges every British cozy mystery known to man. We share Britbox and Acorn together when I tell her of a show I like, she will binge through it and I will

And that is why I do not watch CNN or any U.S. cable news network. I did temporarily lift the ban last night to watch George Clooney in Good Night and Good Luck.

I just talked to my mom. She liked it but thought it was missing something since she grew up during McCarthyism.

Like I said, Coachman is a rumor mill just waiting to happen. I don't buy it.
