Y’all, this sweet man stopped at the gas station on his way to work and took the time to feed this kitty and send me a pic 😭

I’m so glad I scheduled today off work. It’s been super productive, but I’ve never been one to be able to sit idle when there are things I could be doing. Next week is jam packed with appts and my amazing husband is tagging in to do all of them. Never underestimate the hotness of stepping up 🔥🔥🔥

Hubs walking in on me dancing to Pink Pony Club with Seymour in my arms and his only reaction is to smile, shake his head, and tell me to carry on 🤣🤣🤣

After days of storms, the sun is finally out, the birds are chirping, I have the windows open, and it’s a gorgeous day!

Most of us are heading back to work today. Hubs and I just did a check in on our finances as we do frequently so we’re always on the same page. It’s important that couples are aligned financially from the very beginning. Create goals, a budget, encourage growth, and share the responsibility 🧵

We have a houseful of extra kids and hubs just made a metric ton of home made donuts and donut holes for them all.

I need help remembering this book I read in 6th grade and now I low key think it may have been a fever dream. It’s about a nuclear bomb going off and these kids trying to get home from school. I think there was a bit about drinking pool water or hiding under the water?

If you’re out there low vibing with icky intentions, there is no hiding it from the universe. She will always respond accordingly ✨

Have a killer Memorial Day remembering those who made the greatest sacrifice.

We had a fantastic day out shopping with the kids. Stopped for some iced coffees and got them some new clothes. Now they’re off to a pool party at a friend’s house and hubs and I are settling in for a Fear Street marathon 🥰🔪🍿

They dug up their own worms and now they’re catching the rest of dinner. So many valuable lessons learned on the farm about hard work paying off, not to mention the pride these kids feel in a days work (they had loads of fun too!)

They can’t wait to cook their haul for dinner later! Let kids get their hands in the dirt and help grow things. It gets them excited about veggies and gives them a sense of accomplishment.

Bonus round for #Caturday. My son calls this Kitty City when he has all of them at once. The whole variety pack.

Happy #Caturday from a very unamused Jack. He is having none of our bullshit 😹😹😹

Working on reading my 21st book this year. I’m really lucky to be able to work from home so I can squeeze in reading time during my work day. How many books have you finished this year and what are your reading goals?

My sister went to school for interior design and I asked her to do my living room. No big deal. But she is very much a bright/neutral/beachy/airy person and I’m a cottage/granny core moody vibes person. She said I’m making her eye twitch 🤣

The fam is having a weekend at my sister’s farm and the youngest niece and nephew are begging her to let them pick veggies and collect eggs. They ask every day how many tomatoes and green beans there are 🤣🤣🤣

I get off work early today and then I have the next 4 days off to spend with my love and our kiddos!!! Give me all the coffees to make it through.

To be clear, you can believe in financial responsibility/making good financial decisions if you’re an able bodied adult with no reason not to work, while also being willing to fight like hell for the people who actually need help. Social safety nets are imperative for the most vulnerable among us.

When I don’t like someone and my sweet golden retriever husband is like okay then 🤣🤣🤣
