We love the project work lifting off with the Third Coast Collaborative. Unifying student-centered learning across curricula through hands on, Inquiry-driven PBL. @humanrestorationproject.org team is rocking it! Great to see you all.

reminds me of going into work spaces set up for “lectures” and immediately rearranging space design to facilitate collaborative work -having folks around me say “why don’t you wait on someone else to do that — stronger maybe?”me saying “but I am plenty strong enough to slide furniture around” :)

heck yea — focus on what kids need to learn to thrive in life - in their homes, communities, hobbies, jobs - not just learn to pass tests in school… durable vs ephemeral learning! Deep, applicable, vibrant, mind-stretching, hands-on, artistry-inspired teaching and learning — might take a lot less!

We can never take the bonds we build with young people for granted -it takes hard work by adults over 13 years of sch community building so young people to graduate with life skills of empathy, collaboration, resilience, appreciation of others #graduation #EduSky 2/2

well said @sgillikin.bsky.social - local schls have worked to support uni programs that benefit the university far more than staff who provide support - Imho - UVa should simply transfer FEI as originally occurred to ccps - they’ve many options city schools lack - what good neighbors do #ethics

2/2 Teachers who provide options in how students use time, tools, space as technologies of learning create situational environments that support students to make good choices to support their own learning needs- a key life skill. #EduSky
