Jag har hört många som driver den tesen, som en principfråga. Dvs en stat ska ha rätt att försvara sig. Och sedan håller man fast vid den mot alla odds. Eller ända tills det kommer någon starkare och säger att du måste ändra ståndpunkt. Och då gör man det helt enkelt. Iaf om man är politiker.
