Favorite line from Crazy People (1990) about an ad exec who launches honest ad campaigns: "Paramount Pictures presents 'The Freak.' This movie won't just scare you, it will fuck you up for life."

Thank you. We've gone to an INOVA urgent care center in Arlington a few times (kids and myself) and had good results for what we needed, but for primary care go to Walter Reed (JHU is also an option). Good to know VHC is solid for a nearby ER.

Thanks for the feedback. Glad VHC has done you right! Only time I went there I got lost in the parking garage for 20+ mins, although to be fair, MedStar Georgetown parking seems a lot more complicated.

Glad to hear you're comfortable with the diagnosis (ouch), but out of curiosity how has your experience been at VHC in general? I've gotten the vast majority of care across the river or at other specialists in the area, but VHC would be most convenient for incidents like this. Feel better!

Yet if I asked my generative AI system of choice to create a sci-fi thriller in the style of Andy Weir about an AI system that has developed consciousness and secretly been influencing global events for years, would it really be a fake book? Heading to Goodreads to post my review now.

Only works if each episode ends with a rose ceremony and Trump tells the eliminated contestant, "You're deported."

I feel like you maybe could be referring to either Jennifer Love Hewitt or Fergie on Kids Incorporated, but maybe not because they were kids.

Brother, that's a bold use of a brevity term, but we need folks like you to set conditions for reconstruction.

Our nation's fine capital rests safe tonight; the criminal graffiti defacing Columbus' memorial is long gone, replaced with a breathtaking welcome for rail riders to a city free from criminal gangs, guided by laws and good governance. The audacity of hope, indeed!

Maybe some in the markets are acknowledging that this is market manipulation. Announce tarrifs, trade the dip, then declare victory and realize gains after putting them on hold. Who is policing administration officials (and non-officials) capitalizing on their ability to shape sentiment?

Are you challenging: A) the poorly written sentence; B), the proposition that offering pardon(s) in the absence of remorse or contrition would alleviate senses of grievance rather than incentivize future criminal behavior; or C) both of the above?

I don't know hot put this, but I'm kind of a big deal. People know me.

With the volume of commercials, I grudgingly approve of the YouTube TV multicast option.

Given the multinational nature of many if not most corporate producers and limited controls on international capital investments in publicly traded corporations, tarrifs seem to primarily affect the labor market and domestic consumption while creating artificial ineffiencies in international trade.
