I don’t have caffeine - and my sleep pattern tends to be 12 - 7am / i’m not sure I could get up early

I try and walk daily and swim and pilates but i need to fit in some strengthening exercise - i hate it tho !!

I played netball competitively until I was 50 and then broke 2 ribs, I’m self employed in a physical job so gave it up, but I think I’d enjoy pickleball and table tennis

I have dyspraxia and have terrible issues with routine and time management - so it’s all tricky

I do the walking as I have dogs - I swim and do pilates but I’m lacking in strength - and motivation :)

I go swimming and to pilates and would like to try cycling and the gym, my dyspraxia makes co ordination tricky but I think regular sessions would help me
