Yes, but Cleveland has owned the Tigers for years. And they are a lot more talented. Detroit has been playing way above its ability all year.

The team as a whole is playing very, very well, but the bullpen has been less than stellar. Not as strong as last season. Nothing that a reliable set-up man and a shut-down closer couldn’t fix. They have plenty of assets to acquire both.
