I've always refused to use them because they are blatantly the most stupid product ever to come on to the market. And Nespresso is by a country mile the most disgusting coffee available, even accounting for the existence of Starbucks and Tim Hortons. Not that I've got a strong opinion or anything.

Excellent episode. I was surprised to hear RoSPA describe HSE as the country's only health and safety regulator. I'm a local authority EHO and this is my job. GB LAs enforce health and safety in 2/3 workplaces and 1/2 total GB workforce. See www.hse.gov.uk/lau/statement.htm. Keep up the good work.
