One of my old bosses thinks women are inherently inferior than men. He will never hire a woman unless HR makes him. That’s the flaw: there’s always a qualified candidate from minority populations and from majority populations. If you’re staffed with men, you have sexist hiring practices.

The overton window, loosely, is a tendency for what is “acceptable” to shift over time. A boundary gets pushed, and it becomes the new normal. The overton trap door is when this gets amplified to the point of it removing the ground beneath you. Most Trumpers are now in this boat.

True. But climate is more important than the price of eggs, but the price of eggs gets votes. There’s what is true and good, and then there’s what tactically works. Women’s sports 1000% got Trump votes.

I agree with that as well, mostly. I don’t think you can entirely get away from underlying traits. If you do, there’s a big problem. I shouldn’t be allowed to compete on women’s sports teams. Nothing I say should ever change that. Cis men shouldn’t be claiming to be trans women.

A trans woman is a person that has some male-aligned sexual traits and some female-aligned sexual traits. If a person identifies as a trans woman but all their sexual traits are male aligned, that person is either confused or lying.
Many of these traits are mental and not easily identifiable.

A gradient from man to woman. Gender is dictated by the sum of sexual traits, and there are many such traits. If it weren’t so, they’d have a point. You’re trans because you _are_ trans, not because you want to be….

yes there are. human sexual traits follow a bimodal distribution. They do not follow a binary distribution. The idea of a gender binary is wrong. But it is wrong because of the “modal” vs “nary” part, not the “bi” part.
