"I've never physically hurt anyone. I've ordered others to physically hurt people." I'm not saying this is the full quote, but ...

You have to ask?
Billionaires care only about money, not dignity.
Politicians care only about being elected so they can suckle at the public teat, not their legacy.

There have been 47,031 pronouncements that "this is what's going to cause the Trumpanzees to turn against him!!!" ...
And not once has it been the case.

Even if, somehow, the country/business is forced to pay the tariffs, they don't just say "oh, well", and make sure that we pay the same price. Their costs go, their prices go up.
WE PAY FOR TARIFFS no matter how you look at it.

FURTHER ON HIGHLIGHT #2: First he says that only "mentally unstable and greedy" people use nuclear weapons, then he says that "the good sane guys" dropped nuclear weapons on Japan. Which is it?

SECOND HIGHLIGHT: Did this guy pass history in high school, or even open a book since then? A) no, they weren't close to building a bomb. B) no, German nuclear scientists liberated after the fall of the Nazis did NOT help build the bombs used to end WWII.

First highlight: So, the letter writer is saying that we SHOULD be defending Ukraine against the NOT "unstable and greedy" Putin. Because if he isn't unstable and greedy enough to use his nuclear arsenal, then we don't have to worry about him using his nuclear weapons.

Another one of the most persistent myths in American politics is that Donald Trump's policies and actions will result in expanded freedoms and wealth for working class Americans.

For some reason, the fact that no one will know if you "saved the country" for a generation or so makes me not like your line of reasoning.

His campaign speech to the board? "As president, I control the board of directors, so if you elect me as chairman I'll let you stay on the board."

Just so long as he dies.
By natural causes, of course. I would *never* advocate that he and his cronies be lined up against the wall.

There are actually times and circumstances where BOTH of those things are quite legal, and REQUIRED, for judges to do.

In much the same way that the current SCOTUS stated that Roe v Wade was "settled law", I'm sure they'll leave Marbury v Madison as "settled law".

How to say "I'm dumber than a pile of bricks" without saying "I'm dumber than a pile of bricks".
Also, how many times were you told that this is how tariffs work, but decided that Orange Man wouldn't lie to you?

Methinks his crowing about being named Time's person of the year for 2024 tells the lie to his "I didn't know they were still in business" statement.

I love how these "supremacists" reveal their true colors when they rant about being one-upped by people they think they're better than. They're just a bunch of whiny little bitches.

Interesting how it's other countries' fault that the federal deficit is $36B and not the fault of the massive tax cuts he gave himself.
