When there's nothing really to be sceptical about, "skepticism" is the language of both-sidesism. Thus Bishop Wilberforce was a sceptic about evolution, but anyone repeating his arguments today would not be a sceptic, but a denialist. And as for climate change (or, as here, vaccine) "sceptics"…
