I loved this book. The interesting thing is that the "bastards" part is pretty earnest. There are kernels of ideas in Mises/Hayek that are taken to illiberal conclusions they would have rejected. *And yet* they set themselves up for this by positioning themselves firmly on the political right.

The problem, which Mike Johnson knows, is that these officers aren't even identifying themselves as federal agents or law enforcement. Allowing them to hide their identities allows them to hide from accountability. No names, no badges, no warrants, no due process, no hearings, no justice.
