I’d expect roughly that. People with enough money/sense will get someone into to filter out a lot of deranged fan/hater stuff. People without large following will not get to much junk. In between is where posters madness forms.

Yeah, social media and like notifications etc. are built around hitting that line go up bit of brain. I’d not even say its capitalism as things like 5 year plans hit the same spot, its harnessing that desire to do more/better. It very video game in form. Big number better because its big.

A lot of them seem to be pros who (think) there career rides on social media popularity and treat it seriously. They need twitter to be big and famous for their careers while I just want cool people and cats. Bonus cat going on a diet:

I wonder if part of the disconnect is professional versus amateur social media. Like, I’m here to follow some news/politics but also to talk about trains, look at cat pics, and learn eel facts. I’m not trying to build a following, i’m just trying to find cool people to befriend. 1/2

I had the pasty at Borough Market, sausage roll at the market at Kings Cross, and a Sunday roast at a Kings Cross pub.

Had all three, can confirm. Add fish and chips to the list as well.

You are so lucky you haven’t seen it yet. The post intermission song is Mel Brooks level genius. I feel out of my chair laughing.

Maybe its a tradition thing. Rural is treated as traditional. As are weddings, so they fit together?

I’m also pro obelisk but they are more of a children’s toy.

Its so frustrating that people call any sort of automated decesion making AI these days. Say what you have automated and how it works. Like saying pre-programed flight paths or image recognition is much more informative to readers.

Aggressively mediocre. Nothing wrong, nothing great.

I’m incredibly doubtful these security reasons are legit. I think it’s more of an excuse to justify chauffeurs and other trappings of the office.

Its that the pro teams arn’t filled with locals. The NHL winning teams are stuffed full of Canadians regardless of if they Play in Florida or Calgary.

I’ve wanted to make a proper meat pie business. Americans need to be exposed to good baked goods and to demand the change we deserve.

I may have an inaccurate view given the amount of mid-rise stuff around transit i’ve seen. I expected Canada numbers. Guess I need to get out there myself.

Weirdest part to me is having the left bedroom one in the front. Why not put it back on the interior wall?
