Love this Pawel, and you’re right to call it out. There’s a subtle trap here: I talked about visibility as if it’s already working. But just displaying data doesn’t make it visible, especially when teams are already drowning in dashboards and alerts…

That’s a really interesting point, and maybe it’s more that they are broadening the path and not raising the bar :) The new guide doesn’t say “you must ditch WIP limits,” it says “you don’t have to start with them.”
