Notably the SC judgment did not make any reference to *a private individual’s choice to access gender segregated services/spaces* which is where she has completely overreached here. It relates to businesses and organisations making provision which is different.

The entire point is to make trans people, and specifically trans women, more visible to more easily impose artificial social costs upon them as penalty for existing.

It does beg the question - what, really, is the point of the GRC for those who go through all the hoops? How is someone’s gender recognised so differently and inconsistently by the law? How can someone’s legal wife be a woman for that purpose but not for another? Etc etc

Yes. Unexploded ordnance is usually just buried (they’re duds, and went into the earth on impact). Very common in Europe. Even in Britain we get the occasional unexploded WWII bomb.
