It means what they decided to count. There were dozens in the LA area alone, most announced 2 weeks before or more, with organizers involved in previous "Hands Off" protests.

Well, we're too close to be able to tell. But it does seem that significant demographic barriers have been crossed & from there is it's simply a matter of expanding participation among the like-minded.
