Update: my friend was quoted by @thecity.nyc as he waited to find out what happened. It's two days later and he has no idea where his client is. She was detained on Wednesday morning at a check-in. She's not in the ICE Detainee Locator, and when he's called ICE they refuse to tell him where she is.
