Not sure what it is, but #NauticalSurvival as an #ActionRoguelike is a very relaxing and satisfying #IndieGame. Great for stress relief when you need to let off some steam. Not overwhelming, just chill. While it is still in early access, it already offers a lot of basic replay value.

I put the game down with genuine frustration an said: "I can now see why the game was never greenlit." #CaptainBlood starts like it could scratch that old-school #Fable or #GodOfWar itch, but the clunky gameplay and painfully drawn-out fights ruin it. I couldn't even bother to finish it.

#Indiegames featuring cats often lean too hard on that gimmick featuring no other noteworthy appeals. #Stray opened the floodgate, to a wave of #CopyCat titles. As the Stray-like trend began to feel stale, the game caught me off guard, with it's emotional short story that left me in tears.

#RiverTowns combines the charm of #citybuilder games with the style of #Tetris puzzles. I appreciate what the game set out to do, but I had some concerns. The randomized nature of its puzzles and leaderboards makes achieving the perfect score feel luck-based, removing the elements of strategy.

#ExZodiac is a well-executed #StarFox inspired #IndieGame. It successfully captured key elements like on-rails shooting, all-range mode, bosses, and charm. I love what it's trying to achieve. A few minor adjustments could elevate it even further. Be that voice acting, or self inspired elements.

While it’s great to see #IndieGames draw inspiration from titles like #Hades, it’s disappointing when that influence doesn’t hold a strong execution. #ReignBreaker features a solid soundtrack and neon-medieval punk design but fell short in delivering interesting gameplay or replay value.

Imitating the #SilentHill formula is no easy feat, most games fall short or become as cryptic as the originals. #PostTrauma was somewhere between engaging at the expense of a lack of narrative depth and visual quality. It had it's issues. The game was okay because the puzzles were fun to focus on.
