You don't. Windows 11 is capable of running perfectly on an unsupported PC (I have done so for years) and the most egregious restrictions are arbitrarily coded into software.
Fortunately, there are simple hacks that allow you to bypass the restrictions. I got mine running by editing a single file.

I have been ranting about it since I first saw it ... Some of the best TV in years (and I don't even like Star Wars that much).

I think that the TPM requirement was a contrived attempt to kick start hardware sales.
Almost everyone bought an upgrade when they got stuck at home during the pandemic, which stagnated the market.
Along comes Windows 11, locked behind a hardware feature that very few people have. Curious.

Yeah, I cracked the TPM requirement and have dualbooted Win 11 alongside Kubuntu on an unsupported laptop almost from the day of release.
Microsoft did a REALLY bad job of locking in the system requirements. Didn't make Win 11 any more appealing though. I'm back to Linux full time now!

Have you watched Andor season 2 yet? In one of the final episodes, there is a fantastic speech about the dangers that manifest when objective reality is no longer recognised ... There is also a contrived crisis that is used to justify the massacre of protestors, not that it is relevant right now 😉
