Yeah…the mistake and the apology don’t line up. What a hack.

There are punishments for the common folk, just not for our “royalty“.

Gunn has featured multiple characters in movies previously and it went just fine. The thing I wasn’t a fan of was how much Clark loses his cool when being challenged by Lois on his international actions. I feel like that topic has such a Captain Obvious answer that he shouldn’t even be upset.

These people are all-in on an easily disprovable gaslighting campaign. It’s breathtaking to watch.

P1e is bit closer to a simulationist system (though far from true simulationism). If what you enjoyed were the detailed systems that fed into contextual realism, then might I suggest Harn, GURPs, Burning Wheel, or a BRP-derived game like RuneQuest or Pendragon.

It’s well made. Like Pathfinder 2 and D&D 5e, it’s a very “gamified” system. I understand why that appeals to some people, but it breaks my suspension of disbelief.

There’s a movie coming out and Marvel is hoping it brings in new readers. This isn’t the first time, and it won’t be the last, that Marvel restarts the numbering with a new story so that potential new readers don’t feel intimidated.

I guess I’m going to have to VPN outside of North America. Even with a separate Hulu account, DYRL is not available.

Every time someone claims they’re going to stand up and do something impactful my response is always, “I’ll believe it when I see it.” I didn’t “see it” when a bunch of “momma bears” claimed they were going to “rise up” in 2016. I didn’t “see it” from uncoordinated, directionless riots.

Despite growing up with Robotech seasons 1-3, the only unedited Macross product I’ve seen is Macross Plus.

Never say never, I guess, but China attacking AUS/NZ seems shockingly stupid.

While everything Trump does is terrible, for the last 30 years I’ve been hearing that a cure for diabetes is “expected in 5 years.”
