I’ve been using TrainingPeaks virtual which I think is still free. I also just load workouts on my Garmin and have it control the smart trainer (I think we both have the Saris H3!)

Old knob and tube with no voltage going to it. Switch shows continuity when on. My guess it was cut when the house was partially updated and instead of sealing off the wires he just hooked them up. I wouldn’t be surprised if he hooked up two neutrals to one outlet and two lives to the other.
