Pride begins today. I am a 65-year old asexual transwoman in a stable polyamory that has lasted 40 years. I am Queer as fuck and I am intensely proud of that fact. And the Pride flag is the only flag I would willingly salute anymore.

I now understand how the ordinary citizen in Nazi Germany felt. The helplessness. The despair. Expecting revolt that never comes. The 'Big Beautiful Bill', if it passes, has a clause that will make Trump absolutely protected from any legal effort to remove him or limit him in any way. He will literally become an absolute ruler - a legal dictator. No law could touch him. If that happens, your only recourse will be civil war.
