You can make this into an 80mm? Wa?!?

Sweet kit. I always wanted to try the 105 2.5

Thank you 🙏 Yes… me too. 40-58mm (in 135) is exactly how I see. And fits my view of the sprawling Yukon perfectly. If I travel down south - to the big city - it’s nice to have the 28-35mm length. 135-140mm is a perfect length for the big mountains, (for me)

Oh… I have the 250mm… but it so rarely gets to come out and play

From the 100mm

Recently, for sure. I have the 100mm. I shot it more last year. And I have the 150mm. I tend to shot that one more when I’m actually in the mountains. 80mm is how I see best. And the 80 is the smallest easiest to have as an edc set up with the wlf.

I think so too! Unfortunately today ended up being more of a 80mm day rather than 150mm day… but that’s how it goes sometimes.

lol. You made me think of ‘Good Morning Vietnam’: - Talking out in the field today. - Hi, what's your name? - Bob Fliber! - Bob, what do you do? - I'm in Artillery! - Thank you, Bob, can we play anything for you? - Anything! Just play it loud, okay?

And no fair, because I have 4 backs for the Hassey, so there really isn’t a lack of choice.

I have this calendar that has a Buddhist quote for each day. Usually the theme is along the lines of: ‘you are already dead, so why not just enjoy living’. Or ‘the torture is only in your mind’. It helps me sleep.
