Jumbo oats 750g
Almonds, skin on, whole, 325g
Pumpkin seeds 325g
Sunflower seeds 325g
Honey 6 tbs
Rape seed oil 6 tbs.
Warm the oil and honey together. Mix the seeds. Stir in the oil and honey well. Oven, 170 fan for around 30 min, spread on 2 baking trays. Stir 2-3 times.
Add fruit when eating.

Yes, of course, but far too many are prepared to go along with the Netanyahu distortion. Which, sadly, is likely to promote real antisemitism. If people keep being told any criticism of Israeli govt actions is antisemitic then many will begin to assume, wrongly, that they represent all Jews.
