Some time last year I accidentally read the second book in a series first: "Across the Sand", by Hugh Howey. I was halfway through before I learned there was an previous book and I'd skipped it 😅 oops!

I was talking with my kids recently about how vaccines work as was overcome by the realization of just how elegantly they interact with and "teach" the human body. Simple amazing.
