Two things going on:
+ The contract dispute - fines and or reclaim of monies
+ Some sort of criminal investigation (no charges for Mone or Barrowman at this point). Nature, extent and seriousness of any potential criminal wrongdoing unclear. One person was arrested so far, but not them.

There is an NCA investigation ongoing (very slowly). Mone and hubby have had some assets frozen for about a year now. Whether anything will ever come of it, who knows?

Sadly, it’s a contract dispute, not a criminal case. No prison. Was failing to make clear her relationship to the company (& husband!) fraudulent? Only a criminal charge and court could decide.

I really don’t see the point of opinion writers. They are as well informed as the rest of us at the end of the day.
