It was meant to be a streaming service with unique content, the shows/episodes all like five minutes long. If I remember right they developed tech so they could film in landscape and portrait simultaneously so you could turn your phone and not lose anything. My understanding is it was all bad.

Most people don't know the side effects, the govt won't care because they want people off the NHS for obesity, doctors are absolute villains towards fat people and would take a fucking bread knife to them if they were allowed, and media is more interested in which celebs are thin.
