Dr. Dawson, I really feel for you. It does get a bit better with age, but out of respect I wonāt tell you itās going to disappear. Iāve learned how to better navigate these situations, but each situation is different so the learning continues.

It will be difficult for a U.S. academic scientist to hire you unless you have a company. Iām not sure if you do, or if itās worth it but i thought Iād let you know.
