From early childhood they brainwashed us into believing that poverty is about laziness or lack of intelligence. They don't want us to know it's about opportunity and that the lack of opportunity is intentional. If all of the working poor could work their way out, who would do that work?

So, am I understanding this correctly? ICE agents entered the judge's courtroom while the court was in session, thereby interfering with a court proceeding. The judge referred the agents to the chief judge. Then they arrest the judge.

I think they're afraid that if they return Garcia they'll have to return others. A 60 Minutes investigation couldn't find criminal charges on 75% of the people sent to El Salvador, 22% had minor charges. That leaves 3% that actually had violent criminal records. That's a lot of lawsuits.

Was he ever a gang member? I read an article that said an El Salvadoran gang was trying to recruit him and his brother so his parents sent them to the US, separately. The parents had to close their restaurant because of the gang.

Trump apparently cannot comprehend that Greenland does not want to be a part of the US. I'm sure there are a lot of reasons why. For one some of them want Independence, so why would they just become a part of another country. Why would they want to give up their universal health care?

I've since found that it's 75% with no criminal records. Others on bluesky have informed me that 22% were non violent, mostly petty crimes. That leaves 3%. We all knew they lied. I'm surprised Trump hasn't declared 60 Minutes should be shut down.
