Hire Russians. Putin can probably help find the right people for the Pentagon. Less information outages and leaks when you don't have to communicate across the Atlantic.

Throughout the history of the world, thieves have stolen the most from fools. But now an aggressive rogue state is swindling the superpower of fools. The rest of the world just watches and fears. 3/3

Kleptocracy, derived from Greek words for "thief" and "rule," refers to a government in which corrupt leaders use their power to enrich themselves by stealing public funds or resources. It's a form of governance where personal gain and corruption are systemic to the detriment of the population 2/3

The problem is the sanctions. Below the price ceiling, Russian oil can be transported on Western ships without violating the sanctions. This would allow Russia to increase the volume of its oil exports, and at the same time, logistics costs would likely be cheaper compared to the shadow fleet.

If the $10-12 price difference between Urals and Brent remains, the price of Russian oil could soon fall below $50 per barrel. This would significantly increase the Russian budget deficit and weaken Putin’s chances of continuing the war in Ukraine. 2/3

China is also testing unmanned submarines – and not just small drones, but full-scale underwater systems. The number of known Chinese systems already exceed those of any other country has. 45 meters long and five meters wide Chinese Guanzhou is the world’s largest underwater combat drone.

The Germans experimented with Nazism 80 years ago. The Russians are getting to know Nazism in depth right now, and the Americans want to be the next Nazis. A wise man learns from the mistakes of others, a fool doesn't even learn from his own.

The US withdrawal from multilateral diplomatic engagements is reducing the pressure that kept such groups in check. All of this is making such groups more powerful, more independent, and more useful as surrogates for authoritarian regimes. 3/3

Cryptocurrencies and the sophisticated use of shell companies are helping them raise funds. Artificial intelligence is making recruitment and disinformation easy. The decline in social media monitoring is allowing such campaigns to flourish. 2/3

What makes the project dangerous is that the techno-billionaires are already so deeply embedded in the Trump administration. They have already been able to begin the first stage of achieving their utopia: dismantling the institutions and structures of society. 3/3

In order for power to be gradually transferred to an authoritarian leader, democracy would first have to be broken. Free cities would thus be a platform where the norms and rules of society would be rebuilt on the terms of the techno-billionaires, to serve their purposes. 2/3

If Trump's tariff war leads to a global recession, oil prices will collapse. If at the same time, economic sanctions on Russia are tightened and military aid to Ukraine is increased, Russia's ability to continue the war will weaken. Russia’s economy collapses without oil revenues.
