They're about to make it the G6.

Then another staffer pretending to be the one I was initially on the call with abruptly stated "I" have a meeting to attend to and quickly rushed me off the phone. The voice was unmistakably different. I followed up with a call to Josh Shapiro's office and described the exchange that had occurred.

I immediately replied that his former roommate stated that the accused would've been offended if someone called him a democrat. I then asked the staffer for the source stating otherwise and he couldn't locate it.

Yea. Pretty disturbing.

Just got off the phone with the local office of Representative Brian Fitzpatrick. When I mentioned this as part of the escalating violence, his staffer said the shooter was a Biden Democrat.
We are f*cked.

The Republican era of obstructionism has been a catalyst. Also, it would be nice if both sides could remove the pork from their bills and let them exist in the realm of what they both agree on. Americans would benefit immediately.

There are also conflicts that are more apparent than ever. Term limits? As if they would ever vote themselves out of a job.

This is a failure of Congress and their inability to reach across the aisle. I guess that's a reflection of the collective they represent. Did it start with them or us? Not sure. But the middle class is being arsed out of the equation.

It's a very nuanced problem. The Republican party of old has succumbed to MAGA. Constitutional norms would be respected for the most part by both sides. Democrats and Republicans have abused executive orders to push through their agendas.

Props to the L.A. protesters. They've remained relatively restrained and haven't played into the escalation.

Agreed. They've stacked the deck. And they're playing the long game. They abdicate effective governance to throw cycles into solidifying their positions. I do think it's a fine line when it comes to matching their aggressive tactics.

The Heritage Foundation is the true culprit. I wonder if their lawyers are better than what the Democrats have. The judiciary is holding the front line but enforcement lies with the executive.

No FEMA, no oversight. The money will get allocated without transparency. Probably to red states.

Patton also warned against Russia and wanted to continue marching on to Moscow. But that doesn't get mentioned.

Agreed. If they'd make that version available in the upcoming release, it would be an instant pre-order. For that reason, I'll be sticking with the current 4K release. I can stream the new doc when it's out.

Was hoping the new home release would have the 3D Blu-ray included but it doesn't look like it. Saw it in the theater. Was an awesome experience.

Thanks. I guess that explains why my congressman didn't invite me to the last dial-in town hall.

Whenever these Republicans get booed, I wonder how many are coming from their Republican constituents. Mind you, I in no way defend her response as they're all her constituents regardless. I'm curious nonetheless.

I'll play devil's advocate. How many of us here would be well-wishing the health of TFG if the situation was reversed.

I think we need to stop calling him dumb. It discounts the threat he poses and gives way to pleading ignorance when the receipts come in.
