I just got into Rage at this time, kicking myself for being late, so I was hyped when this came out and...yeah...not their best work.

My discover and my following are basically the same posts. It would be a big boost for BS if they could make it more interesting.

NYT is somewhat like that. You have a digital subscription and then they want you to have an all-access subscription. You get that and then they want you to get a. FAMILY all access subscription.

I donāt get the appeal. Am I too old for this? I like deep games with simple rules.
This was simultaneously trivially easy (I bounced through half a dozen levels without coming close to losing) while also not knowing what I was doing (with there buying jokers and stuff)

I shared a story with my high school students about how I switched my focus from programming to management in the late-90s because all the programming jobs were being shipped off to India.
There are about 2.5x more programming jobs in the US now than then.
The future is famously hard to predict!

Hard to see how we could possibly make progress in the playoffs with that stat vs the top six.

The damage was not this game, where we acquitted ourselves decently but lacked the killer instinct. So...many...opportunities to get an additional six points, even in the last month or so.
However, we should be aiming for where Sunlun or Sheff Utd finished, not scraping 5th/6th on the last day.

That picture of TAA and the shirt is freaking me out. It looks like Trent sees a ghost that is wearing a Liverpool shirt instead of a white sheet.

The FIFA Club World Cup this summer will be an interesting sight. They were already worried about attendances bc itās a new competition and even the players are saying itās unwanted. Now tourism is falling so thatās another blow.

You can make the same argument the computer code that makes up the Meta stack. No one function has any significant value. So why are developers paid so much?

Came here to say this.
DEI is not free hand-outs. It's not lowering standards. It's not hiring the unqualified. It's not the Make A Wish foundation.
