Ha. In simpler times, I’d start an argument with you about supply side economics (Cliffs Notes: it’s crap) but today, we have to save the republic.

Kind of. Prior to his election, Hitler used terrorism to his benefit as well. Journalists and pesky political rivals somehow ended up beaten to death.

It cuts into his ketamine budget.

In fairness, the dead reps mostly provided political cover for a couple Republicans who voted “present”. They would’ve voted yes but didn’t have to because of three open D seats. The point remains, however, that it’s important to be able to think ahead a bit if you’re old/sick.

Axios’ AI expert is developing it while warning of its dire consequences to our economy and children. Typical tech knob. Racing to push it out while describing its completely destructive quality.

Agree. That’s a pretty good mark for a five year old. Probably passed out and hit something.

Cuban Americans went 58-40 in favor of Trump.

Reminds me a lot of another douchebag who came from these parts.

I do wish it was targeted (i.e. fuck Florida). Many areas that typically welcome loads of international tourists HATE Donald and The Fascists. Like our fair city! We’d love to have you enjoy the lakefront, amazing museums, a Michelin meal or tavern pizza with Old Styles 😀

Total guess but the sources for this are likely 1) disaffected employees because of course and 2) Donald’s people because he always, always needs a fall guy when his stupid goes sideways. Guess who they’re setting up, Leon?

Yes, many people see this for what it is but virtually everything this idiot is doing was stated explicitly last year and he still won with a combination of cultists/single issue people/people who are WAY too cool to choose between “traditional candidates”. So, dumb (or flat out fascist).

“Inquiry into Joe Biden’s mental decline”…What. The. Fuck. The biggest policy decision he’s making these days is what ice cream to have on hand for the kids but we have to have hearings about him getting old. Typical performative Republican bullshit.

Hot damn, Adam. You know how to needle this toddler. I hope to buy you a beer someday.

A LOSING authoritarian in court after court, case after case. The pressure on Congressional Republicans to require him to obey the courts has to be immense. I’ll vote for a wad of drain hair over a Republican right now.

Nope. Voters did it. They chose to remain willfully ignorant about economic issues and/or got tingly over the racism and fascism. Oligarchs are laughing til they piss their $5k pants over the result but it’s voters. I have met the enemy and he is us.

“Trumpy community” voted for this and are outraged when it happens.

It does give me something to spit on.

They also underestimate kids. Good luck enforcing that.

In fairness, there are Christians who actually read the gospels, and recognize how incompatible MAGA is with Jesus’ message. He explicitly warned against rich, loud hypocrites, for example. I get your bitterness 💯 but my liberal heart holds hope that people, you know, read their holy book.

Your schtick is a little obscure for me; sorry. Too close to reality to be Swiftian satire for people like me who for 10 years have been saying, “Is this a fucking joke?” while still trying to respect faith.

Unless I’m misreading your intent, I want church to have absolutely nothing to do with state. I rather like the separation. Free exercise: you be you. Establishment: keep your faith in a church, not in law.

Fun fact: according to Rick Reilly, Donald’s golf cart is rigged to be much faster than others so he can race ahead to cheat. That surprises…no one.

Blame voters. No consequences for these people to be hideous. No fear, in fact REWARDS for their cruelty.

Yes, but…this is the consequence of voting for this blindingly obviously sociopath because of (fill in dumbass single issue). Pardon power is absolute and anyone could see this coming, Martin or no. This is what you voted for, or sat out and elected, all you non-Harris voters.

Prostate cancer survivor here (stage 3 so not nearly as bad). It’s gonna be a tough run for him. But he’s a tough old SOB.
