Trying to meal prep for the week ahead, but it's hot and muggy where I live today (no central A/C), and no breeze. Even sitting in front of a fan going full blast isn't quite cutting it. Brb gonna stuff myself into the freezer for a bit.

Donations roundup for the week! Thank you JN, FH, and Badger for making sure the various kittens had food this week! Two items on the list that are less glamorous, but needed- Litter boxes for very short Potats, and a diaper pail. Because at this age their output is horrendous. Always grateful

Just to be clear: I reclaimed my rights back when Unbound missed the first payment, over a year ago. Unbound owe me a lot of money, but I am finalizing my direct contract with my US publisher, and current royalties WILL be paid to me. I didn't ask anyone to stop buying my books. Don't spread this.

When I turned 40 I made a specific effort to always reach out for the rail on the stairs. Here at 56 it's now entirely automatic, and has absolutely and literally saved my ass several times.
