I have no idea about the law but if a judge rules against the government in a specific case like this, does that mean the underlying executive order is unconstitutional altogether? Or does it mean only that the specific use of the EO with regards to that individual is unconstitutional.

The Department of Education just put out a document that claims white people are being subjected to racism. This would be a perfect spot for white people to step up. Why would/should Black people need to lift a finger to make that happen?
