This is actually expired Portra, but developed in dubious quality C41 kit which seemed to give it a bit of a colour shift

Yeah I usually use warm water and shake it in a big bottle.. I keep buying 5 litre packets of ID11 and then can't find a container big enough to mix 'properly'!

Out of interest, how long did it take to arrive? Lead times are saying about 8 weeks

Thanks for the feedback, really appreciated! I love that you've exploited the unique qualities of the enlarger for your work..
I think I'm going to get one and see how it goes ✌️

Let me know how it goes.
-I got fed up of trying to set my enlarger up in the bathroom, so I have it in a spare room then use a light tight box to move paper to the bath for processing... Hopefully the Intrepid size might make it easier to set up in one place!

Great! I just want to know if there are any issues with using it, and if the LED light source is Ok compared with traditional bulbs?
I see you print colour so I love to know if it's as simple as it looks with the filters on the timer..
All I hear is good things, but there must be negatives! :)

That's good to hear. I'm very tempted, I just haven't seen reviews/feedback from people who use one..
Although the only other option I have atm is trying to source ancient Durst parts (again!)

It's £210 for a 30m roll of TMAX100 over here, so you'd only be saving £1 a roll.. Not worth it at all considering the risks of bulk rolling.

Wow, I just looked up how much a 30.5m bulk roll of TMAX is over here compared to Delta! 💸💸

Can't help reading this in the 'K-Billy's Super sounds of the 70s' voice from Reservoir Dogs

I absolutely love mine, but I find it a pain on tripod.. bsky.app/profile/phot...

..FYI it works out at about £7.85 a roll of #ilfordfDelta400 (£141.29/18 plus a 'bonus' half-roll) compared to +£11 a roll boxed 👍

..and there were times when you couldn't even get Kodak colour film due to production/supply shortage in the UK, bulk-rolled Vision was literally all you could get locally to keep shooting!
