Seeing crowds like this reminds me of what happened to bring down East Germany and the Berlin wall.

It is funny seeing news about "No kings" rallies on the same day as our king has his official birthday.

He looks so bored with it all. Something I have in common with him 😉

Humans are fallible but AI doesn't even realise when it is producing nonsense. Nothing there is a more reliable result than nonsense.

#bbcqt has become such a platform for minority right wing views I have given up listening to it. 1984 is availlable on iPlayer for a more realistic view of society 😉

And even those names have to be as short as possible 😉 Shocking

When Jesus was presented with a blind man he asked him what he wanted. Jesus did not impose "help/healing" on anyone. There are harmful heterosexual lifestyles, so I believe life is about respecting ourselves and each other whatever our orientation.

Lower speed limits and all the excessive extra protection isn't needed.

I suppose that now we have seen what can be done, the rest of us should make sure it carries on.

It would be interesting (I'm not in the USA) if California went its own way and left the union. I suppose $80 billion a year isn't much these days though.

The wheel has turned full circle. It won't work this time for many of the same reasons it didn't work last time.

Disability benefits are part of the welfare state. Very disappointed with the government for spouting BS.

If they can stop abortion pills they can stop all the other harmful drugs. That still hasn't happened. They are passing more trade to criminals.

Giving money to organisations that are helping other people shows people the reality of helpful politcal ideals. Which cohort has the largest number of voters? Billionaires or those on low or no wage?

So they are beginning to get the message. Still further to go.

Unless the job provides enough to live on, even if you enjoy it you have to move on.

I am looking at the Green Party. They seem to be taking over the old Labour policies that at least some of us would like to see promoted. If we don't care about the environment, we are not caring about people. If we don't care about people, what is the point of business?

Despite their failures, I still couldn't vote for the even worse right wing. I am hoping they will come to their senses and work out why people voted for them. I keep reminding my MP. We are each only one voice but we were each only one vote and made a change.

We had an amazing night here in the UK last year. I was lucky enough to notice it and the sky was clear for a change. Overhead it looked like an explosion of colour.

If wages had been more in line with the effort and responsibility of the job, care homes wouldn't have been in this place. All governments have wanted the cheapest care they can get away with.

I think there are people in the party that do care. The leadership need to listen to them and remember they are the majority party, not Reform.

After 14 years of austerity and political failure we don't need another lot of benefit cuts. Reform voters will still not vote Labour.

What is good for the planet is good for us. Today's maximum profit margin is a bad way to make choices and how businesses eventually die.
