If Trump gets 25d, he'll burn the place to the ground. Every Truth/Tweet will be about Musk or Vance, and EVERYONE's dirty laundry will get aired. MAGA will tear itself apart. Trump will NOT go quietly into the night. It will be hilarious!

Science, logic, evidence, hygiene - MAGA struggles with a LOT. Pity them.

I don't know any secret agents, homicide detectives, or cowboy/gunslingers, but they're all over my TV and movies. Does that bother you too?

Any law firm that won't fight for itself, won't fight for you. Avoid them all. Cowardice should have a price.

Is Trump getting cold feet? Does he want to scuttle the Golden Dome? Getting Canadians pissed off, AFTER Carney expressed interest, is the WORST thing Trump could do, IF he wanted it to succeed. Or can Trump simply not control himself?

The US is hellbent on unlimited population growth, uncontrolled pollution and total ecological collapse. Truth to power.

As a Star Trek fan in the early 70s, these books were manna from heaven. We were so starved for more Star Trek content that every new book or magazine article was an event. Today, with so much Trek and other SF properties, it's hard to imagine a time when you couldn't find ANYTHING to feed the need.

I can't remember the last time I replaced a light bulb. 8 years? 9? My house is a mix of random incandescent or LED. Cheap, generic.

It's a very poor light. It's mostly just an electric heater.

It's "the biker wave", left hand down, usually two fingers in a V. "Two wheels down." is the message. Brotherhood/sisterhood of the open road. (We also wave to kids or pretty girls along the roadside - kids love bikes, and we love pretty girls)

I upgraded my Burgman to LED dash lights, and they're almost TOO bright.

Corruption only requires an abuse of authority or office in order to enrich oneself or gain a personal benefit of any type. It does not even need the gifting party to be aware of the corruption.

He already argued in court that he had no obligation to "support" the Constitution. He sees the Constitution as a hindrance. It's in his way.

It's not incompetence. It's deliberate. Signal chat isn't permanent. NO records, which might come back and bite them in the ass. ILLEGAL. This is a CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION, who are knowingly COMMITTING CRIMES. And the GOP is helping. By blocking investigations. newrepublic.com/post/194537/...

Why the fuck would you fight a disease, when you could simply prevent it? Drugs have side effects too. These people are insane.

Smart Canadian retailers would have arranged to buy those unwanted shipments for steep discounts. Can't send them back, and American retailers can't afford the tariff. Thanks Trump!

Was she the J6 pipe bomber? Maybe she's not speaking metaphorically. She's a fanatic, after all.

If the data wasn't there, I doubt any lawyer would take the case. It's too easy for Tesla to prove their odometers are accurate. So it's probably true. Discovery should be fun.

More $trillions being spent on Star Wars foolishness? I thought the Americans gave up on this as unfeasible and ruinously expensive. So much for saving money ;)

I'd say the kids see things pretty clearly. Maybe they'll vote smarter than their parents.

The "trade deals" will just be the same deals that currently exist, with slight changes to the language. Trump will take a victory lap, and boast about the great, wonderful, beautiful deal he made. Just like NAFTA >> USMCA. Meaningless changes, waste of time.

Election is still ongoing. Early voting took place over the last few days, actual election is April 28. We'll see if the Liberals under Carney can "steal" the win from Pierre Poilievre and the CPC. Poor P.P. is sweating now, methinks. And he still hasn't released his actual costed plan. Too late?

If he'd simply said, "Yeah, I could be wrong", she would have seen this as an affirmation that her belief was correct. Humans aren't always logical. We often judge the merits of an argument by how ardent the arguer is - confidence creates trust (it's why con-men do so well). So he made her answer.

Elon said he'd save $150 billion this year (barely 2% of the current budget). And the Trump regime has already spent $300 billion MORE than last year. Elon hasn't saved a cent. NONE. You're being fooled. You're being lied to. It's all a grift to make billionaires richer. You should hate Elon too.

Sometimes, a good swift kick works too.

Pretty normal for Trump.

Elon's plan: fire EVERYONE, and replace them ALL with robots. Robot trucks, robot taxis, robot subways, robot workers for all the manual labor, and AI for all the desk jobs. Neuralinks in everyone's head. All controlled by him.

How many kids do they want to kill or blind? Any parent that deliberately infects their child should be charged with neglect. Any child who dies should result in a manslaughter charge.

THEY ARE DESTROYING THE COUNTRY. It's not some ephemeral thing - it's happening every day, in broad daylight. Loss of national reputation, trade, alliances. Destruction of environmental protections, scientific and medical research, food and drug safety. And now, national security. MAGA is a cancer.
comment in response to post
That's actually worse for them. They understand that, right?
