Sure. As long as Russia leaves the possibility for them to answer for their crimes, return the land and the people they have illegally taken, punish war crimes pay reparations, depose Putin and deconstruct Kerch bridge.

Why is it that while Russia exorts plain terrorism, openly targeting civilians, is still considered a partner by so many and why is it that Ukraine, defending against terror and brutal occupation, sometimes has difficulty mustering support?
Maybe the moral compass is broken after all.

Plus, many were not casualties of war, but casualties of Stalin's domestic repression.
His war industry was heavily fuelled by forced labour, killing tens of thousands by conservative estimates.

This article hints at ongoing societal destabilization efforts by encouraging betting by individuals and facilitating illegal betting revenues for criminals.
It makes me sick

Er ... that's the problem. Putin IS known for making empty threats, allowing his 'red lines' to be crossed time and again. Why repeat them? (And why would envoronmentalists know anything of ways to end a war?)

Instead of unwillingness by Dutch gov this could very well be explained by failing to understand the whole issue by its burocracy
