I can't believe that the republicans in the Senate just voted against Duckworth's amendment to retore the jobs veterans lost due to Musk's firings.
All of them voted against it! Horrific!

Because then that is all the media would talk about rather than fact check all of Trump's lies. I think Trump was trying to provoke Dems to create headlines for right-wing media and the Dems were not going to fall for it.

Elissa Slotkin delivered an awesome Democratic response to Trump's address to Congress.

I noticed she was sitting next to you at cabinet hearings, as well. You both asked great questions. You guys should be the Dem response team.

Trump needs to stay in the headlines since he is sinking himself, we do not want to take the headlines away from Russia and Ukraine and tariffs and make it about Dems.

Whatever you do, do not steal the headline. Let Trump keep sinking himself. Otherwise, Russia and Ukraine and tariffs will not be as big of a headline, but Dem behavior. Trump will thrive on it. A collective thumbs down to his lies would be appropriate, then the headlines will be about what his lies

Boycotting would be better than walking out, but once again, the focus needs to stay on what Trump says and does and how bad it is. If the focus shifts to "angry Dems" Trump will be emboldened, right-wing media will love it (libs owned), and the GOP in congress will have an excuse to stick with him

If the Dems (or one of them) walks out, the headlines will be all about that person or "the Dems" and not about Trump or Russia. We need to keep the pressure and focus on Trump and the GOP. Do a collective thumb's down instead.
