Please consider the impact of offers like this from a social justice perspective. It is hard enough to get on the course without having to pay for mentoring. Many EPs, TEPs and AEPs offer free mentoring for this reason and there are schemes set up for those aspiring to be assistants in some regions

I remember EPs saying that working with AEPs often brought questions like 'why did you do that like that' which helped them reflect on their own practice in valuable ways. I have also been told that you will never know all the answers but just potentially get better over time at the questions

This is really interesting Lucy - Iâm interested in the focus on cbt and mindfulness and wonder if more solution focussed brief therapy or positive psychology approaches would have the same impact done universally
