This particular political party is quite comfortable with this outcome too eh? www.thetimes.com/us/american-...

So we can't increase minimum wage because it would hurt small businesses, but we can impost tariffs that obliterate them?
comment in response to post
It's encouraging to read that some companies are still committed to DEI policies and activities, albeit using different terminology.

Guess the tariffs aren't fixing the fentanyl crisis...

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! I want to see that memo! I want to see him figure this one out!

Maybe she should've listened to him speak on the campaign trail and in interviews. What he's doing is no surprise to those of us who did listen to him, painful as it was. And, Obama and Biden deported a lot of criminals, but people didn't want 'more of the same.' They got the change they wanted...

Majesty? I think he meant maggotry.

If he acknowledges it at all.

Wonder what diddy has on donald.

Wrong answer...of course we're all going to die at some point. We also use healthcare so we can function in our lives, in society, without pain and disability. Some use it so they can see, hear, walk, talk. And yes, we use it so we don't die prematurely, so we have a high quality of life. Fuck her!

Time to implement drug testing for all members of government.

Maybe if the executive branch brought back DEI, we'd have some folks who understand the constitution and how government works...

It's published on congress.gov: www.congress.gov/bill/119th-c... It's not an easy read that's for sure, but we're not congress people. I'm willing to bet more lay people have read it than congress. They just vote along party lines...

He already submitted an appeal, go figure...

As will he.

I've read that it's likely the Senate will remove that. 🤞

Because the current congress majority is impotent 🥱

If they're right wing enough, they'll vote for a man, esp if this admin keeps up with their misogynistic and anti-DEI rhetoric. Not that I agree that gender matters, but in this case, it could work to our advantage.

Why don't we post the Bill of Rights?

Gee, this would never have happened if Harris had been president...

Donald broke all his campaign promises (except for pardoning J6 criminals). He can screw his campaign donors the way he's screwing the rest of us. Is it about the money? Or is he showing that big biz is immune? I'm sick of corporations over citizens.

73% of Americans support cutting waste. Few support doge or how musk went about it. He's confusing the two. And yes, musk not only failed, but cost us more.

Will they even be allowed in? I'm sure some serious vetting will be undertaken. He'll crush the dreams of many athletes.

91% and they'd still be billion/millionaires.

If only we had a President who was going to make price gouging illegal...

Such a timely read. Trump’s migrant policies aren’t just cruel. They’re purposeful.

From kind of a sick viewpoint, he's bringing about world peace. But like you said, without us.

Anytime a reporter asks this admin about something negative they've done in the recent past, their answer is they're looking forward. So either stop focusing on the past, or take responsibility for their own actions already. Better yet, focus on fixing the mess they're creating now!

But not a gift to donald personally, right?
comment in response to post
'They plan to use the plane as Air Force One and then transfer it to Trump’s library after his term ends.' I thought it was a gift to the US and not to donald personally. Shouldn't the next president have access to it, assuming anyone in their right mind would use it?

If noem thinks habeas corpus is the gov't legally removing people, why are they fighting to get rid of it? Maybe the question should've been 'what is plasticus corpus?' She would know that, now wouldn't she?

"The Civil Rights Division exists to enforce civil rights laws that protect all Americans," Young (former division attorney) Read: all Americans "... ensure that our nation's civil rights laws benefit all Americans, ..." Dhillon (new division head) Read: white, Christian Americans

Nope. And I don't believe Ivana Trump fell down a flight of stairs either.

My same thought. I thought I misunderstood that.

Swift is a self-made billionaire. You, donald, inherited your money and can't even sustain a successful business.
