‘75 was a great year, Peter Frampton! Congratulations!

I hate when that happens. What was the song?
comment in response to post
Yes, Beatles, I’d love to hold your hand(s).

Lovely. Do you still have the crayon scribbles? :)

It’s Sunday now but for cats, everyday is Caturday!

My cats have helped during this time…do you have a cat or other pet?

PBS is important but it’s not my cup of tea. I liked watching Henry Louis Gates’s “Finding Your Roots” and of course I watched it as a kid (I was too old for Sesame Street, though).

Facebook is really getting filled with garbage posts from groups that I don’t follow and don’t care to. I just want to see the posts from the people and groups that I’ve chosen. Then again, FB is around 20 years old.

In the 2020s, TV news is an old concept.

Looks like a younger version of today. :)

It’s always good to see a cat.

I’m not watching anymore, I don’t care who they put on unless it’s Paul McCartney singing the news. I’m done.

I’ll probably be listening to The Beatles.

On Tik Tok, there are cats galore but also music, various opinions by regular people, live events at discos, news, everything better than on TV. We’re around the same age, so you know that it’s not the good old days of the 70s and great TV shows. Do you think Tik Tok should stay or go?
comment in response to post
Tom what do you think of Tik Tok? I’m done with MSNBC; I’ll only watch it a few times when you’re on so that I can possibly see your cat Lily. I haven’t watched regular news since the election. And I’ve been a news consumer since the late 70s/early 80s.

Anything after London Town until Chaos and Creation. I heard about the album and picked it up from the library, just to see what it would sound like. I was very pleasantly surprised and have bought everything since.

‘73…I was really getting into music then. I was 10 years old. Hats off to the SEVENTIES!

I know it’s true It’s all because of you —The Beatles, “Now and Then” 2023

I’m hoping to see Lily, so I’ve decided to put on MSNBC to check it out.

I loved Love Shack but don’t know any of their other songs. In the 80s I was immersed in hip hop and old top 20 countdowns from the 50s/60s, so I missed a lot of the rock that was going on. I recently saw an Annie Lennox video and now I’m getting into the Eurythmics.

I’m a cat person. Do you have any cats? Did you have cats as a child?

Two Liverpool lads catching up.

Oh and my 2 cats listen, too.

You’re both magic and I saw the video of you making more magic last night at Paul’s show!

Just recently got into her music. Right now I love “Shining Light” and “I Saved The World Today.”

Paul McCartney said something like that about 50s songs. Knowing the words to a song was cool. John Lennon was impressed that Paul knew all the words (not to mention the tune) to Twenty Flight Rock. And eventually we were all blessed with the Beatles!

Have they ever played Magical Mystery Tour on Boxing Day after the 1st time in black and white?

Do you think he’ll make another trip around the US? Paul Over America?

I look at my cats — or any cats — and know that there is beauty.

I’m too old; I want to put in Please Please Me but I was born in ‘62, LOL.

Wow, I missed ‘79 last week?

I loved this article. You’re the first person I’ve seen that has gone so much in detail about the Beatles and military service. Are you UK based?

Lennon or Harrison

Meow! I’m here for the cats and the Beatles.

Peter, I was a teenager in the 70s and when I was learning stenography in high school, I practiced by writing your name. I can still do it.

Seems like we’re around the same age. Born in ‘62, about to be 62. I’ve heard the Beatles just about all of my life. My Mom and Dad were into doo-wop, so the radio was always on. The first song that I remember liking was Hello, Goodbye. I would have been almost 5 when that came out.

I was ready to post this myself. Just joined Bluesky. Born in ‘62 so I have heard the Beatles just about all of my life. Got into them in ‘76. Love Paul McCartney.
