I retired one week ago and find the transition quite complex. An unexpected deep exhaustion set in as stress and anxiety fell away. Self reflection and reset of a long embedded mindset is not as easy as you would think. One day at a time is the best I can do.

Yesterday, in our small town of Stroudsburg, PA we joined our local Indivisible Monroe team and protested . At peak we had close to 500 lining Main Street to hundreds of honking cars supporting us. This movement was all over the US in the big cities and little towns like ours. keep it going!

My geraniums wintering inside brought a few friends with this year, snapdragons and wild violets! It will be another six weeks + in my zone before they can go outside but I see the light at the end of this cold tunnel and thats all that matters.
