I have written extensively about this bill and the danger to not just women. A certified marriage certificate is only one of many documents needed to be produced and if there were multiple marriages, the whole trail will be required. (If you have a passport you already had to show all those )

This where the US is going too, we are headed in a terrible direction of erasure of thought, destruction of records of women, people of color, monuments to things the regime doesnt want us to think of, martial law and beyond. THIS IS US and no one stopped them.

So Courts can stay open for 2 weeks or so after a shutdown.
BUT, what about after the shutdown is over…
Are lawsuits against decisions made during shutdown possible?
