No rash, fever subsided, thankfully on the mend but still sick. I had a weird situation of waking up with 94f temp after a day of 100f and I guess that's just my dysautonomia or poor circulation because once I got out of bed and started moving it went up to 96 which is my average.

The issue is you're a colonizer who thinks the only way to have a border is to draw a line on a map. There wasn't a need for those colonial borders before colonization. This is what colonizers do, draw lines and create division between people who lived amongst eachother before your colonial borders.
